What is Spiritual Practice?

Spiritual practice or Sadhana (in many Indic languages) is essentially the discipline required for cultivating a principal aspect of our personality – our personal Spirituality.

To develop a personal spirituality which will benefit both the individual as well as the society should be an ideal for any kind of sadhana.


About the website

This website is a sincere discussion about the practical, scientific and mystical ways of developing our spiritual side to fortify our personalities. The world is increasingly looking for more and more wholesome personalities to lead and work within it. And the writer believes that spirituality makes us more wholesome than we think and grants us peace and freedom in our daily life- the two pillars of wealth that everyone needs.
All of the discussions within this website are from direct personal experiences and experiments concluded by the writer.


About the writer

I am Abhishek. The name literally means purification in Sanskrit.

Someting triggered the Sadhana within the writer in 2016, about six years ago. He had lost most of his things, personality and mind because of his spiritual experiences. He can confidently say that the experience was triggering of a purificiation of his entire personality. Destroyed to be built again, day by day and brick by brick.
The writer HAD to learn these spiritual disciplines in order to regain balance and normalcy. So the discussions within the blog are tried, tested and applied in day to day life.
